My favorite activity to do in the mornings is exercise. It usually involves moving my hand back and fourth; sometimes the workouts get so intense my legs begin to shake. When it was time for me to leave, he told me he was no longer upset and this was a night he would never forget. He made me feel at ease, not judged by any means.
